Collection: Audreyisarose
Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, Audreyisarose has been surrounded by music for as long as she can remember. Her journey into the music industry began at the tender age of 15, but their passion for music sparked much earlier. At just four years old, she began vocal training, laying the foundation for what would become a versatile and dynamic music career.
Audreyisarose's love for music was cultivated in a home filled with the sounds of her father's guitar. A band member and avid guitar collector, her father’s influence was undeniable. "I've known I wanted to make music since I was three," she shared. "Growing up around music had a huge effect on my mental health, my mood, and just me as a whole. I wanted to help people through music since I was a toddler."
The name "Audreyisarose" carries deep significance. "I chose the name because I feel like I resemble a flower," she explains. "Whenever people go through something very hard in their life, they wilt away but then come back stronger, like a flower. Like a rose, when they wilt, they grow back with thorns." This metaphor for resilience is not just a name, but a reflection of their journey and growth as an artist.
Audreyisarose's music is as diverse as her personal story. She describes her genre as a mix of hyperpop, hardstyle EDM, DnB, screamo, cyber pop, and nu-metal. "I would consider my genre very versatile," and this versatility is evident in her work. Her style, marked by bright colors and pastels, complements the eclectic nature of her music, creating a visual and auditory experience that is uniquely her own.
The connection between Audreyisarose's music and their audience is palpable, especially during her live performances. Touring has been a highlight of her career, offering her the chance to connect with fans and collaborate with other artists. "The tour has been amazing, I love connecting with everybody, meeting new people, and working with new artists and show coordinators." Among the many venues shes performed at, EL CID in Los Angeles and Southside Ballroom in Dallas stand out as favorites.
Her latest single, "thank God he left me on read," is a perfect example of how Audreyisarose draws inspiration from real-life experiences. "The lyric actually sparked because I was in a texting argument with somebody, and they finally just stopped replying. Instead, they left me on read, and I out loud said, 'thank God he left me on read.' That's when I realized, 'oh my God, that should be a song lyric.'"
For those new to Audreyisarose's music, she recommend starting with "apologies, and separation," two tracks that encapsulates the emotional depth and musical range that define their work.
Audreyisarose is more than just a musician, she is a storyteller, an artist who channels her experiences and emotions into her craft. As she continues to grow and evolve, one thing is clear.
Her music, much like a rose, will continue to bloom and captivate those who listen.
